Brett Sachs

Brett Sachs graduated cum laude with honors from Michigan State University College of Law and moved from the Midwest to California to build a client-centered practice. Before law school, Brett Sachs attended Indiana University for his undergraduate degree. During law school, Brett Sachs worked in a civil rights clinic where he represented prisoners in actual court proceedings before graduating. This real-world experience gave Brett Sachs a head start on his legal career.

What Inspired Brett?

Brett Sachs became a lawyer to help people and make a significant impact on lives. Brett Sachs always wanted to work in an area that could help the average person. After speaking with his father, a businessman who advised him to enter a profession that serves people directly, law became the clear choice. Brett Sachs found personal injury law allowed him to help a large number of people in a short period of time.

Mission & Vision

Brett Sachs aims to change the negative perception of high-volume personal injury firms. His mission is to prove that a firm seen on billboards and TV advertisements can still provide superior client representation. Brett Sachs wants to bring trust back to legal representation for personal injury and car accident victims across California and the nation.

Career History

Brett Sachs moved from the Midwest to California after law school. His first job in California taught him what not to do with personal injury clients. Brett Sachs then worked at a large personal injury firm in the intake department, where he tracked thousands of cases from start to finish. This experience taught Brett Sachs how to evaluate cases and identify successful patterns. Brett Sachs founded MVP Accident Attorneys to apply these lessons and build a firm focused on client outcomes.
